An estimated 15-20% of the population is neurodivergent, and yet we remain one of the most underemployed groups in society - despite having amazing skills and talents which could be of incredible benefit to organisations. 

This is because often the workplace itself is inaccessible, and doesn't support effective working for the neurodivergent community. But that doesn't have to be the case! Creating neuro-affirming workplaces helps everyone, and doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, and I can help.
